During the course, we were told to use the building that our colleges designed on other subjects and propose an interior.

For my design, I used a commercial centre along the river banks, a modular unit and the newly renovated room at uni (an exception).

​

 

In the first project, I have proposed a tea room. The place is organised by boxes divided from each other by paravanes while all have a view on a central counter where the tea is prepared.

 

The second project was for the modular unit. Tha main idea for the original project was that the units can be organised by stacking them together and creating a required functionality. It was natural for me that the main thread will be a maze.

The translucent glass between the room and kitchen can give the impression of people looking for the way out on the other side. The thread was used also to design light shape. 

 

 

The third project was the exception of the main rule but also was on to choose from. I have proposed to divide the existing space into 2 parts. One where students would have the space to work independently and the second that could be used to take rest or discuss ideas in a group.
