The existing building is a typical architecture for the 70s and 80s in Poland. Most of the buildings are rendered cubes with the very low pitched roof. A client wanted to build an extension for a typical detached house to create a space for an expanding family and to set up a private veterinary practice.

 

On this project, I was responsible for all the architectural part of the design. After a survey, I proposed an extension with a pitched roof to the back of the existing building. The veterinary is located on the ground floor while the first floor is dedicated to an independent flat. 

 

My work on this project finished with preparing documentation for building permission which included also all the information for tender.
